Sunsquare Cape Town Gardens Hotel

The in-room dining was good and the outdoor sun terrace offered great views of the garden and mountain. Staff were attentive and friendly making our stay enjoyable.

The standard queen room we were provided was huge. The hotel was in a central location to many tourist spots in-and-around Capetown area.

Intimate and exceptionally comfortable hotel in Cape Town with top-class staff on the barman's service. Exceptionally comfortable bed in double room with a laptop safe, an electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker...

A stay of four nights in a Double Room was marked by some highlights and issues. The staff members exhibited friendliness and helpfulness, while the view from the room was amazing. Sharp edges on furniture posed safety concerns for children, leading to minor injuries. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness, but there was an occasional issue with dust. The breakfast options became monotonous after several days and included some unusual choices, reducing enjoyment.

That was delightful and absolutely great hotel set in central area, near the airport for an early flight, the V & A Waterfront, Green Point Stadium and other attractions, and restaurants and tourist activities. Very attentive folks on the barman's service. The room was great-sized and well-maintained and with an exceptional view of the mountain.

Perfect and amazing location for visiting restaurants and a stadium. A nice restaurant with excellent choices of food.

The warm hospitality was evident from the reception. The buffet offered a fantastic variety, and the proximity to local attractions was ideal. The children's activities were somewhat limited, lacking options beyond the pool.

The family room felt cramped for four, and amenities like only a single small water bottle for four isn't going to cut it. Breakfast was a monotonous affair with little variety, and the evening meal service seemed slow and uninspired-with bland options on the set menu and a buffet that looked way more appealing than what I got served. To add to the experience, the noise from the strong winds was bothersome at night, especially with the drafts coming through the windows and fan in the bathroom.

Professional and helpful staff, excellent breakfast options, and a spacious parking area make this an appealing choice.

A small bottle of water and extra coffee sachets would enhance the guest experience.
